In the 2023-2024 Academic Year, free lunch assistance will be provided in our University's cafeterias for 9 students in our Faculty who are financially disadvantaged.

Students who wish to apply must fill out the form below and submit it to the writing office by the end of business on Monday, October 16, 2023. (Applications from students who fill out the lunch assistance application forms with incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.)

For the applicants, an interview will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 14:30 in the Faculty Meeting Room.


LUNCH ASSISTANCE DIRECTIVE

Form and duration of lunch assistance
ARTICLE 8- (1) Students who are entitled to receive lunch assistance can benefit from this right until the end of the spring semester.
(2) Lunch assistance is in the form of free lunch provided in the University's cafeterias during the week. Lunch assistance cannot be utilized on official holidays and weekends.
(3) Students who are entitled to receive lunch assistance can make reservations at the loading points in the cafeterias or online for the 5 days of the previous week (until 08:00 on Friday morning).
(4) In case of termination of student status, lunch assistance also ends.
(5) The form and duration of lunch assistance can be changed with the proposal of the SKS Department and the decision of the "University Administrative Board".

Students who can directly benefit from lunch assistance
ARTICLE 9- (1) The following students can directly benefit from lunch assistance without being subject to announcement and evaluation, provided they request it:
a) Students who document that they are national athletes,
b) Students with 40% or more disability, provided they document it with a disability health board report,
c) Students who document that their mother, father, or sibling is a martyr or veteran can benefit from lunch assistance.

Students who cannot receive lunch assistance
ARTICLE 10- (1) The following students cannot benefit from lunch assistance.
a) Students who have lost one academic year as of the date of entry to the school at the time of the scholarship request
b) Students who work or have an income from a permanent job with a minimum wage, except for orphan's pension and alimony
c) Non-thesis master's students
